If so, we may have just the right role for you . br About the Role: br WRS Insurance are pleased to be recruiting for a retention focused Account Executive to join our team in Colchester. br The core aim of the role is to secure renewals generating revenue and developing the profitability of the business whilst ensuring full FCA compliance in all aspects of commercial insurance; ensuring a quality service is provided to all clients in accordance with their needs and requirements. br About Us br Established in Romford, Essex in 1966, we are now located in Stanway, Colchester. Our clients are located in Essex, London, East Anglia and throughout the UK – in many cases benefiting from our specialist knowledge of over 50 years in Church insurance, Charity insurance and Care insurance. br The key to our success is our continued ability to deliver the highest quality service to all our clients. br We are proud to be part of the Benefact Group – a charity owned, international family of financial services companies that gives all available profits to charity and good causes. br We are built on the idea that better business, can better lives. br Key Responsibilities: br Actively secure renewal business by re-broking existing business to ensure the client is presented with the most suitable and cost-effective cover br Support the New Business team when required br Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and provide expert product advice and guidance br Ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer and conducting related administration work as required. br Ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company procedures as detailed in the Conduct Polices and Guides to Best Practice br Handle any complaints in accordance with regulation, the Company’s Conduct Policy, and Guide to Best Practice br Conduct learning, training, and assessment exercises in accordance with the individual T&C scheme applicable to you.
