Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a French speaking Customer Service Advisor / Account Coordinator based in Congleton, Cheshire

As a French Speaking Account Coordinator / Customer Service Advisor it will be your responsibility to work with customers, primarily those based in the French speaking region and covering the French speaking markets, providing excellent customer service via phone and email ensuring Sales and Customer Service enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing relationship with clients: Retailers/Online Retailers
  • \n
  • Process Sales Orders
  • \n
  • Deliver high quality customer service
  • \n
  • Assist with new customer's enquiries
  • \n
  • Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
  • \n
  • Be proactive in the area of Customer retention
  • \n

Person Specification:

  • Fluent in French\n
  • \n
  • Strong customer focus and professional approach
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • \n
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Good computer skills

This is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of £26,000 + attractive company benefits.
