Hours : Part time – 21 hours per week. Monday, Tuesday & Thursday

The role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Assistant on behalf of our client. Our client is an established commercial cleaning contractor who have been steadily growing from strength-to-strength over the last 25 years.
Due to retirement our client is looking for someone to join their friendly and busy finance department.

Duties & Responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant:
Producing monthly invoices
Sales Ledger
Credit Control
Debtors ADR
Payment Allocations
Supporting and liaising directly with clients
Creating invoices/statements
Excel reporting

About you/ Experience Required:
Previous experience in accounts - essential
Proven experience working in an accounting or finance role
