Join a highly experienced and dedicated firm of chartered accountants based in Darlington. Puro Associates are recruiting for an AAT Qualified Accountant to join a client of ours. This fantastic opportunity is great for recently qualified AAT Accountant seeking the next steps in their career.

Responsibilities of an AAT Qualified Accountant:

• Managing a client portfolio, providing a range of accounting and financial services to clients, including bookkeeping, tax planning, financial reporting, and more.
• Communicating with clients to understand their financial needs and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals
• Conducting financial analysis and developing reports to help clients understand their financial performance
• Building strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders to foster trust and confidence.

An ideal AAT Qualified Accountant will have:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience within UK Practice
• Knowledge of all around accounts, corporate/personal tax, VAT returns etc.
• Experience with Xero and Iris is desirable.
• Ability/Experience to manage own portfolio of clients
• Fully AAT Qualified
