We are looking for an experienced 1st Line Service Desk Support Analyst to join the team. Reporting to the UK Service Desk Manager, you will support Windows and Apple Mac users across multiple sites in a service-driven environment. Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach are essential.

What You Will Be Doing:

* Providing IT Support: Be the first point of contact for user inquiries via helpdesk systems, phone, email, or in person, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.

* Local and Remote Assistance: Deliver effective support to users onsite and remotely as part of a collaborative team.

* Ticket Management: Log and track issues using helpdesk systems like Freshservice or ServiceNow, ensuring resolutions are well-documented.

* Equipment Administration: Manage equipment pools, track loans and deployments, and ensure all hardware assets are logged and maintained.

* Active Directory Support: Perform essential tasks such as password resets and account creation.

* Adaptability: Handle other tasks as needed to meet the demands of the business.

* Building Relationships: Foster strong connections between the IT Service Desk and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.

* Skills Application: Work with SharePoint, Intune, and Office 365 to enhance user support.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven 1st Line Support experience.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* A proactive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle tasks efficiently.

* Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and Apple Mac systems.

* Knowledge of Active Directory, SharePoint, Intune, and Office 365 is highly advantageous.

* A quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and challenges in a fast-paced environment.

* Experience with helpdesk systems like Freshservice or ServiceNow is a plus.
