Description
Providing first line support for all IT-related issues.
Assisting with IT projects and contributing to the development of the IT infrastructure.
Maintaining and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Coordinating with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Implementing new technologies and system updates.
Providing training and support to staff on IT systems and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date IT documentation.Profile
A successful 1st line Support Technician should have:
A relevant qualification in IT or a related field.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
Experience in an IT support role within an industrial/manufacturing environment desirable but not essential
Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.Job Offer
