We are seeking a motivated 1st/2nd Line IT Support Technician to join our expanding team in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on service desk experience who is ready to take the next step - moving beyond tickets to get involved in infrastructure and high-impact IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to office-based and remote users
Diagnose and resolve IT issues via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
Monitor systems, manage tickets, and document solutions accurately
Play a hands-on role in IT projects, including M365 migration and system upgrades
