1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant EYFS

A lovely school in the Fleetwood area is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to work with a child in EYFS.

This role is to work mornings only Monday - Friday�and you must be demonstrate flexibility within the role and experience of supporting pupils with learning and behavioural needs is desirable but not essential.

This role is ideally to start in January.

The required experience/characteristics for the Teaching Assistant 1-1 role is:

• Supporting the class teacher and the pupils within their daily routine


• SEND experience


• Experience supporting EYFS/KS1 pupils


• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications or Degree or experience


• A passion for improving standards consistently, encouraging students to engage in learning


• Someone who can create a motivational environment, promoting positive attitudes to learning


• Pro-active and resilient
