Location: Hybrid/Remote – Manchester (Within 80 km hybrid, fully remote further afield)

Salary: $150,000 per annum

As **AI Integration Lead**, you will be at the forefront of integrating AI into engineering processes, optimizing product capabilities, and shaping the future of technology. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on implementation, and leadership to accelerate AI-driven product innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



- Lead the integration of AI technologies into product development and engineering workflows.

- Define product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.

- Develop and prototype new AI-driven product concepts to enhance software capabilities.

- Build and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines for efficient deployment of AI solutions.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into development strategies.

- Mentor and lead a team of data scientists and product developers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data insights into business value.

Essential Qualifications & Experience



- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD is a plus).

- 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles.

- Proven track record of developing and launching AI-driven products in SaaS or enterprise software.

- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and the discrete manufacturing industry is preferred.

- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.

Skills & Knowledge



- Proficiency in programming languages: Python, R, or Java.

- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI frameworks.

- Experience with data engineering tools and scalable architecture.

- Strong knowledge of cloud computing and AI-driven automation.
