Are you an experienced Workday Financials professional looking for an exciting challenge? Join our dynamic Power Connected Technology Team as a Workday Financials Manager and play a pivotal role in driving financial transformation for our clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Workday Finance ERP implementations across the full project lifecycle, from presales and scoping to post go-live support.
Design and deliver end-to-end business processes within Workday Finance, including areas like Invoice to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Acquire to Retire, and Project to Result.
Provide expert guidance on the functional, application, and technical architecture of Workday Finance programs, ensuring seamless cloud-based implementation.
Influence key business stakeholders and senior leaders to make critical decisions that drive finance transformation initiatives.
Manage and mentor a team of over 10 colleagues, including clients and third-party partners, ensuring successful project delivery.
Plan, estimate, and execute Workday Finance programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Enhance solutions with user experience-based design, integrating personas and user journeys.
Your Profile:
Degree educated or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the business drivers behind finance transformation programs.
Extensive experience in Workday Finance ERP implementation across multiple industries, including sectors like Media, Retail, Banking, Insurance, and Government.
In-depth knowledge of Workday Finance processes and broad familiarity with other Workday product sets like HR and Payroll.
Proven track record of leading complex projects, with exceptional influencing and communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project, with excellent documentation and presentation skills.
