Web and Digital Marketing Executive
Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for a Web and Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team in Cambridge.
You will join us on a full-time basis and you will be a core part of the team taking the lead in ensuring the website and digital platforms are high performing and in delivering a wide range of marketing and events activities.

About the role:
You would be joining a small and friendly Marketing Team primarily based at the Cambridge Campus, which is next to the Science Park in North Cambridge.
There will be occasions where you will need to work from the Huntingdon Campus and these will be on an ad hoc basis. Both campuses are conveniently located for the Guided Busway and train stations (Cambridge North and Huntingdon). There is also ample free staff parking on both campuses.

You will be responsible for the optimal performance of the college’s websites and online systems, marketing engagement platform and CRM.
This role will be responsible for the day to day maintenance and oversight of key marketing systems acting as coordinator between systems; focusing on optimising digital marketing campaign performance from online advertising through to lead management; working with the marketing team to advise on campaign performance and improvements whilst also implementing their own campaigns.
Working with and reporting to the Marketing Manager (adult and commercial) the primary project areas are within adult and community learning, employability programmes, higher education, international and commercial lettings and outlets. However, your digital expertise means that you will also work closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager (Full-time and Apprenticeships) on cross-marketing functions to improve our communications, reach and return on investment.
What we are looking for in our role:
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a marketing role and a minimum Level 3 qualification in a related subject.
You have demonstrable proof of managing and delivering digital marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels.
You are able to use and report from Google Analytics to influence future campaign plans and improve return on investment.
You are an excellent, all-round communicator meaning you are just as at ease liaising with different stakeholders to fulfil inbound marketing requests in a prompt and professional manner, as you are copywriting for a variety of platforms and formats.
You have an excellent knowledge of digital marketing tactics and search engine optimisation and will be the first port of call for inbound website enquiries. You are able to learn new systems and technologies and have experience of using a CRM to create communication workflows in line with the customer’s journey.
