Due to continued business demand, our multi-site, global manufacturing client has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator to join their busy Goods In team on a temporary basis. You will provide administration support to the busy warehouse department:
Collating all delivery paperwork
Reconciling stock takes, investigate and discrepancies
Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
liaising with drivers
Data entry of stock location
Allocating stock for orders, and confirm costs from spreadsheet
Support administration duties for the departmentWe would expect the successful Warehouse Administrator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Exel, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident manner. You will be supported with on job training to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Warehouse Administration, Goods In or Goods out Administration, Transport or Logistics Administration.
You will be joining the company that has been established for over 30 years, and has a enviable reputation in their manufacturing field. Working directly with the Warehouse team, this team offers variety on a daily basis. Immediate start Monday to Friday 8.30am till 4.30pm
