Vehicle Advertising Executive

£11.44 per hour

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm or 7:00am to 5:00pm (alternate shifts)

As a Vehicle Advertising Executive, you will work within a busy preparation centre, collaborating with various specialist teams. Our Prep Centre processes up to 1,500 vehicles on-site at any given time and supports numerous dealerships across the UK.

Key responsibilities:

• Inspect vehicles on arrival, noting specifications and organising documentation

• Report any vehicle faults and arrange returns where necessary

• Follow up with vendors for V5 documentation and service history

• Create engaging adverts for vehicles

• Upload and manage vehicle images

• Handle office administration tasks

• Work Monday to Friday, alternating shifts: 8:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A passion for cars

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal abilities

• A keen eye for producing effective advertisements

• Experience with office software packages

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Pride in delivering high-quality work

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)
