UKCAA B1 Licensed Engineer - Glasgow

Volantes Technical Recruitment are seeking a B1 licensed engineer for a role with our leading client working at Glasgow Airport.

This opportunity is to support a high-profile client through a dedicated workforce understanding the need to deliver impeccable service in an active operational environment.
The B1 Licenced Engineer (B1 LAE), this is a certifying Licenced Engineer position, must hold a valid EASA PART 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence and at least one type rating required for the aircraft that Glasgow is approved to maintain.�

Ideally you will hold any of the following ratings - KingAir 90 / 200 / 300. �if not though type trainnig will be provided.

/�Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:

• Hold an unrestricted EASA Part 66 Licence Category B1 and Category C with applicable type ratings; training on additional type ratings can be provided


• Ability to travel to other locations, including overseas, occasionally at short notice


• Computer literate with excellent communication skills


• Be eligible to hold a UK security clearance


• Full UK Driving licence
