Transport Planner Belfast, £30k + £3k and excellent benefits - hybrid working To join a leading NI business and play an important role in ensuring accurate management and planning of customer delivers. This will include; Planning bulk deliveries Monitor and manage failed deliveries Managing customer relationships Support other scheduling areas when required and other functions within the department as part of a multi-functional team environment. Dealing with customer queries and placing bulk orders over the telephone What we are looking for Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service Knowledge of Transport and Working Time Directive Regulations.
