£18 per hour (overtime)

Monday to Friday
05:00-14:00 (earlier start may be required)
13:00-23:00 (later finish may be rerquired)
Permanent contract available after minimum 12 weeks
Kingdom People are recruiting for several Trainee Recruitment Coordinators to work at one of our client’s sites in Rochdale (OL16 4NZ) that operates within chilled environment – slicing/preparing bacon and gammon products.

The role:
Trainee Recruitment Coordinators will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):
Checking staff in and ensuring everyone has signed in/clocked in
Assisting team leaders with absences/replacements
Working on the production line as required
Assisting Kingdom People team on site as required
Filling in paperwork
Reporting issues to team leader
Manual handling will be required
Requirements:
Trainee Recruitment Coordinators ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:
Be able to work up to 10hr shift
Previous experience is not required
Being able to commute to Rochdale, OL16 4NZ
Basic communication in English (written and spoken)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
