Trades Supervisor

A great opportunity has arisen for a Trades Supervisor to work for a Housing Association in East London.
My client is looking for a Trades Supervisor on a temp to perm basis offering an hourly rate of �23.66ph (umbrella rate) + van and fuel card. The successful Trades Supervisor will be required to have experience working within a repairs and maintenance environment and be able to supervise a team of operatives.
Pay Rate:

• �23.66ph (umbrella rate) + van and fuel card

Hours:

• 8am to 5pm (42.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri)

Locations:

• Based in E17 however covering postcodes such as E17, E11, E10, E4,

The Trades Supervisor will be required to:
* Supervise a team of Multi Traders, Electricians, Wet Trades, Plumbers and Carpenters
* Have knowledge of a Voids and Planned / Repairs environment
* Prioritise and allocate works to optimise available resources
* Have experience of managing a team
* Have experience in the use of SORs, pricing and coding works
* Have health and safety knowledge and experience
* Develop relationships with colleagues and support them with growth targets
* Be responsible for achieving contract excellence
* Ensure a high standard of communication is maintained with the client, customers & colleagues
