About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our client on a temporary basis for 6 months. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping us clear a backlog of purchase ledger invoices and other related documentation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a dynamic work environment, supporting our finance department during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management: Match, check, and process invoices accurately into our Visibility and SAP systems.
Credit Card Processing: Handle company credit card statements with precision and attention to detail.
Documentation: Scan and file delivery notes along with other necessary documents.
Reconciliation: Perform reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
Query Resolution: Address invoice queries by liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
General Support: Undertake additional tasks as reasonably requested by the Line Manager, within the scope of your abilities.
