Domain Skills Requirement- (Either expertise in OSS or in BSS)
Key responsibilities
Maintain in-depth knowledge of communications and IT industry best practices, technologies, architectures and emerging technologies.
Provide architectural consulting to major transformation programs, projects and initiatives.
Responsible for translating the client's business requirements to define the structures of solutions and architectures and can include systems, applications, and process components for very large, complex or leading-edge solutions.
Develop and deliver Business IT transformation Blueprints for Telecom domain.
Examine business strategy, define strategic capability requirements, define the logical architecture, baseline the current systems environment and current capabilities, develop both a tactical and strategic roadmap plans, present finding to the customer.
Contribute to evolve the architecture frameworks and methodologies and help to ensure acceptance, utilisation and endorsement across the relevant groups.
Deploy and maintain Telecom Knowledge Management repository
Perform architectural maturity assessments for customers/opportunities
Cultivate, develop lasting professional trusted relationship with the key customer business and IT stakeholders.
Prepare Enterprise Solution for prospective opportunities in short time.
Actively identifies opportunities to assist peers globally in area of expertise (e.g., writing white-papers).
Technical Skills Requirement-
Languages : JAVA , J2EE , JMS , JDBC , EJB 3.0 , XML , XSLT , XML processing, UML, HTML5,Angular JS
Frameworks : Spring 4.0 and 3.0 /Struts 2.0, SOA , Design patterns , Java Security
Tools : Enterprise Architect for UML modelling, MS-Visio , MS-Project Plan
Databases : RDBMS (Oracle / SQLServer), Postgresql
Performance Monitoring /Tuning : Profiling Tool , VisualJVM , JMX.
Cloud Solutions : AWS / Azure.
Systems & Hardware : Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, RHEL, Windows Server, Clustering, SAN, x86 servers, Virtualization
Analytics: Knowledge of data, master data and metadata related standards, processes, and technology ; OLTP & OLAP data model, ETL architecture, and report framework
Certification Requirement:
i. TOGAF, Zachman etc (Any one)
ii. TM Forum certification
iii. ITIL
