Job Title: Technical Service Delivery ManagerSalary - £55k + (depending on experience)Hybrid (London City office)Overview:I am representing a specialist IT MSP who service finance and private equity clients. They are looking for a skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join their team, serving as the primary point of contact to 5 key clients for escalated IT service delivery needs.Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder & Client Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal service delivery.Coordination of IT Services: Plan, organize, and coordinate activities with technical teams to deliver seamless IT services.Client Advocacy: Act as the focal point between the business and a select group of managed clients, ensuring that all service requirements are met.Strategic IT Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to align with the company’s IT strategy.Service Performance: Monitor and ensure that contracted services meet or exceed service levels and performance indicators.Reporting & Governance: Prepare and present Service Level reports and maintain a governance framework that aligns with stakeholder expectations.Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with internal procedures, including security, safety, and regulatory requirements.Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve service delivery and maintain a Continuous Improvement Programme.Documentation: Accurately record all actions and activities within the company’s PSA, Halo.Experience & Qualifications:3+ years in a similar role within the IT MSP or Financial sector.Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Cisco, and other related technologies.Knowledge of Halo is a plus.Benefits:Full-time role with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).25 days holiday, pension, private healthcare, and a quarterly bonus scheme.If you're ready to take on a pivotal role in IT service management, apply today!
