Salary: Up to £90,000
Package: 20% bonus + Medical + Pension 10%
Working arrangement: 2 days in office.

Overview

We're seeking a Agile Technical Project Manager VP with IT Transformation experience to join one of the world's leading investment banks.

The purpose of the role is to act as a custodian of the agile process providing advice, support and continuous improvement. The chosen candidate will be tasked with re-designing how teams work, building capabilities, developing effective leadership, embedding behavioural change and helping the business to deliver high value.

The role involves managing complexity, owning multiple work streams, managing dependencies across the programme and wider portfolio and landing change across a complex estate.

Essential Skills

Demonstrated success leading and delivering change initiatives in a matrixed environment across business, functions, operations and technology Analysis, creativity and innovation – able to conceive original and practical solutions to complex problems. Experience across:

Agile Project Delivery (Agile, Scrum, SAFe)
Application Lifecycle Management (DevOps & JIRA)
Software Project Delivery (Development & Test Automation)
Project Risk Management
Project Staff Management
Change & Transformation
Stakeholder Management
Project Governance & Assurance
