We have partnered with a company seeking a Lead Java Engineer to take their digital products to the next level. They need someone who will be the most technical engineer in the team, leading the technical direction, engaging in hands-on coding, and driving the development of scalable systems.

What You’ll Do:
Lead technical projects from initial concept through to delivery.
Design and develop robust systems with a focus on search engine optimisation.
Take ownership of architecture design, ensuring systems are scalable and efficient.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
Utilise your experience with AWS to build and optimise cloud-based solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
Extensive experience in Java, Kotlin and Spring Boot.
Proven track record in leading technical teams and projects.
Strong background in architecture design and AWS.
Passion for hands-on coding and problem-solving.

Technology Stack: Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, GraphQL, AWS
Location: London - 2 days a week in the office
Salary: 100 000 - 120 000
