Team Leader

Pure are working�exclusively with a well established client who are looking for a experienced Team Leader to join their customer service team due to growth.�
Main Duties:

• Creating a booking spreadsheet from trackers for jobs due that month
• Management of a tracker on system of data for property/construction clients
• Running a small team of 3-4 call handlers, admin staff
• Delegating daily admin tasks, emails, booking jobs etc
• Delivering targets and KPI's to the team

Key Requirements:

• Must have Team Leading experience within a office environment
• Have worked within a�similar environment construction, property.
• Excellent Customer Service experience
• Confident, friendly personality�
• Driven and motivation�
• Must be able to drive due to location
• Must have good Excel knowledge�
