Pure are working�exclusively with a well established client who are looking for a experienced Team Leader to join their customer service team due to growth.�
Main Duties:- Creating a booking spreadsheet from trackers for jobs due that month
- Management of a tracker on system of data for property/construction clients
- Running a small team of 3-4 call handlers, admin staff
- Delegating daily admin tasks, emails, booking jobs etc
- Delivering targets and KPI's to the team
Key Requirements:- Must have Team Leading experience within a office environment
- Have worked within a�similar environment construction, property.
- Excellent Customer Service experience
- Confident, friendly personality�
- Driven and motivation�
- Must be able to drive due to location
- Must have good Excel knowledge�
