The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member: Team Leader - Nights Job Ref 24-218-TLRS-CROFT-WEB Job Role Team Leader-Nights Location 71 Bloomfield Rd, Bangor, BT20 4UR Salary £13.09 per-hour Hours 35-hours per-week - (Rota-Based) (night shifts are 21.30-07.30 and are typically 3 shifts one week & 4 shifts the next) We are currently offering a Welcome Bonus up to £500 (pro rata): The bonus will be £250 on successful completion of 6 months' service and a further £250 on the first anniversary totalling £500. The Service Croft Communities Residential Services in Bangor Co. Down, is made up of a residential home, registered with RQIA to provide services for 9 adults with Learning Disabilities and associated complex needs, as-well-as a 7-bedded Respite Unit through which adults with learning disabilities can come/stay with us for a break. This service provides an opportunity for the main carers to get a break from caring duties and enables them to refresh and to be able to continue their caring role. The Role As part of the Living Options services, the Team Leader will be part of the management team and will support the Registered Manager to meet the Domiciliary Care Agencies Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 and the DHSS&PS Domiciliary Care Agency Minimum-Standards. They will: Ensure that NIHE "Supporting People" contractual requirements and standards are met and maintained. Support the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalised care/support plans and individual risk assessments to meet individual needs. Support the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of quality care and support. Support with the management budgets and resources. Mentor and supervise the Support Team.
