Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Pay Range: £85-£103 per day

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

This opportunity is to begin as soon as possible and is for the full academic year, you will transfer on to a school contract directly.

About the role;

• This teaching assistant role is to support as a general teaching assistant in an good two form entry primary school located in the heart of a vibrant and thriving community.
• The role is to start as soon as possible and on a long-term basis with temp to perm in place from the get-go.
• This is to work Monday to Friday; each week and the hours will be 8am until 3:30pm with a 30-minute dinner break.
• As a teaching assistant you will support the teacher in the delivery of the Curriculum to pupils, working in partnership with parents, teachers, and the school to establish a supportive and nurturing learning environment in which children make excellent progress.
• As a teaching assistant you will plan and lead one to one teaching and interventions with children.

The ideal Teaching assistant will:

• As a teaching assistant you will have experience working within the early years either in a school setting, private nursery setting or any other similar setting.
• As a teaching assistant you will have a sound knowledge of the early years curriculum and be able to provide 2 work/education-based references, one from your most recent place of employment and covering a 3-year period
• As a teaching assistant you will have a Level 3 Relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
• As a teaching assistant you will have well-developed interpersonal skills - the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to a range of audiences.
• As a teaching assistant you will be able to plan, organise and prioritise.
• As a teaching assistant you will be able to manage good communications systems.

Requirements:

• You will be required to go through our quick and easy vetting process and have 24/7 support from a dedicated consultant.

• Need a clear enhanced DBS certificate that is registered on the online update service.
• You will need to be able to provide two references over a 3-year period, one of which is from your most recent place of employment.
• Relevant experience and the ability to create a happy, challenging, and effective learning environment.
• To have a helpful, positive, calm, and caring nature
