If you answered 'YES' to the above, Monarch Education want to hear from you today! We are recruiting on behalf of a client school in Manchester (M40) for a dedicated TA to join their staff team. This will be a full-time post, beginning in September 2025 and continuing for the remainder of the academic year. To be considered applicants must:

• Hold a Level 3 TA qualification
• Have recent experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs, preferably with primary-aged children
• Have the ability to form and maintain strong working relationships
• Be able to commit to working 8:15am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only
• Have a passion for creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have experience of providing personal care

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing 1:1 and small group support. Providing personal care as required and supporting children who are working from EHCP's.
