Responsibilities:

• Provide general classroom support across all areas of the curriculum.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, activities, and student engagement.
• Work with individuals or small groups to support learning and development.
• Encourage positive behaviour management and help maintain a supportive, safe classroom environment.
• Support students with additional needs, ensuring all children can access the curriculum effectively.

Requirements:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Classroom-based experience in a primary school setting (essential).
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative to support learning activities.
