A primary school in Lambeth is looking for four dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support their Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) provision. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with children with Autism, preferably in an ASC provision setting. This role is crucial for providing tailored support to primary-aged students, helping them navigate both academic and social challenges in a nurturing and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities for the SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to children in the ASC provision.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and interventions designed for students with Autism.
• Foster the social, emotional, and behavioural development of students, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Help manage behaviour in the classroom, promoting a calm and focused setting for all students.
