Teaching Assistant

This Ealing Secondary School is renowned for producing some of the best GCSE and A Level results within the borough and has an excellent reputation for developing top-quality Trainee Teachers.
If you are a recent 1stclass / 2:1 graduate from a prestigious University and have the aspirations to train to become a Secondary Teacher, we want to hear from you today.
Interviews & trial days are being arranged, so do not delay your application.
Role details
Providing tailored group & 1:1 support to pupils across KS3, KS4 & KS5
Supporting students with SEN (additional learning needs) & EAL (English as an additional language)
Planning & delivering booster interventions
Ensuring that your key students are on-track to achieving their end of year targets
Working alongside the Inclusion Lead & outside agencies
September start required
Full time & long-term role the rest of the academic year
£90 - £110 per day (depending on experience)
School based in Ealing excellent public transport links
Requirements Teaching Assistant:
Ideal -2:1 or higher degree from a reputable university or experience in TA work
Creative, team player, and motivated
Experience working in a child related setting
Understanding of the UK curriculum and Education system
Enjoys working with and developing childrens learning
Is happy to take part in new training and learn from others
A positive role model to children showing strong English and Maths
We are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. You will have a safeguarding responsibility if appointed.
The successful candidate will be subject to enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and employment will be subject to references.
