• Has worked with children before or aspire to become teachers in the future
• Has strong SEN skills
• Has strong numeracy and literacy skills and can follow the guidance of the class teacher to improve outcomes.
• Has a love for teaching and learning.
• Has a commitment to raising the achievement of all children.
• Can work collaboratively with a professional team.

What you will need to succeed
** Experience working within either a Primary classroom
** Good behaviour management and organisational skills
** You must hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a DBS through Hays
