Salary is £25k
Mon to Friday - 9am to 5 - 35hrs a week
Hybrid working - 2 days in office and 3 days from home after 4 weeks initial training in the office
Based in Central Farnham, Surrey
Our Head Office client based in Farnham is currently expanding their internal recruitment team. They are seeking 3 TA Executives, either from an agency or internal recruitment background. (Min 6 months experience required)
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will recruit talented people, inspire and engage with candidates to ensure every candidate journey is of the highest standard and work with the business to provide support, advice and ensure services are continually improving.
Key Duties:
Conducting candidate searches via numerous platforms including Linkedin, CV Library and Indeed
Create a meaningful candidate pipeline, enabling successful recruitment against both personal and company targets/KPI's
Collaborate with the immediate Talent Acquisition team, the People Team and the wider business to work towards continuous improvement
Inform and inspire candidates throughout their journey, whilst ensuring candidates are adequately vetted in line with requirements
Ensure all candidates are contacted in a timely manner
Manage and support the entire interview process. This may require some travel to different business locations
Build excellent relationships with key stakeholders throughout both businesses
Attend regular stakeholder meetings, acting as the recruitment SME offering advice and solutions where appropriate
Ensure the recruitment process is adhered to
Create and publish appealing job adverts for our website, key job boards and social media platforms
Use LinkedIn Recruiter to source the best talent in the industry
Attend occasional recruitment and business events as part of the recruitment team. This may include travel and overnight stays
Liaise and manage key recruitment partners ensuring a productive, proactive working relationship which ensures candidates receive an industry leading experienceRequirements:
Experience working in recruitment (in house/agency) managing multiple stakeholders
Experience in recruiting for a retail environment
Knowledge of multiple candidate sourcing techniques
Experience in creating strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
