Position: Talent Acquisition Consultant - Italian Speaking - PharmaceuticalsLocation: Remote - Occasional office visits in London / Paris Overview:We are recruiting for an Italian speaking in-house TA / Recruitment Consultant for a pharmaceutical client with offices Europewide. The company are commencing a large expansion plan and initially this role will be a 6 months contract with view to turning permanent.Remote / home based with occasional office visits to central London / Switzerland for candidate assessment days.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced French speaking pharma recruiter to join a global expanding rapidly.Responsibilities Include:Responsible for driving recruitment for positions (mostly business / commercial) across Europe and in particular emphasis on the UK and Italy.Ensuring service delivery excellence in a fast-paced recruiting delivery role and ultimately responsible for finding and hiring top talent!Working with internal clients / hiring managers to develop job levels and descriptions, agree go to market approaches and setting realistic expectations on turnaround timesLeverage creative tactics and a variety of sources (including Linkedin and other social media, talent referrals, direct applicants, recruitment agencies, etc.) to deliver top talent to fill open positions across EuropeWorking closely with external recruitment suppliers - selection and managing the process, performance...Managing the full recruitment process from initial screen to interview days, assessments, feedback, offers etcLeading all onboarding and induction programsRequirements:Educated to degree level or similarAt least 3-4 years recruitment experience in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in the pharma sector is a mustExperience working with clients and stakeholders to develop job understanding, descriptions and manage time scalesExpert interviewer with ability to determine a candidate's suitability and build relationships with top talent while managing the interview processExperience working for a multinational organisation and responsible for cross border recruitment projects across EuropePrior experience from the HR side - On boarding programs etcFluent English and Italian requiredExperience with recruitment systems / ATSGreat communication and presentation skills
