We are an environmental company, that enables clients to reduce their greenhouse gases which are produced when manufacturing micro-chips.Mission -Reporting to the SHEQ & BPI Manager, ensure that all who work at the Bristol Product Company, can carry out their roles safely and with minimum adverse impact on the environment. To provide direction and leadership to the Bristol site management team on SHE related matters. In so doing, ensure all compliance, legislative, safety and environmental responsibilities are adhered to.Main Responsibilities:Take ownership of the development, implementation, and management of the site sustainability strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Divisional and Business Area Sustainability teamsManage the site sustainability program, ensuring alignment with global standards & Global/local organisational goals.Regularly report on progress against the site sustainability roadmap to stakeholders.Ensure effective implementation of the SHE Management System at the Bristol site considering local site-specific requirements in local procedures.Define and implement a strategy to continually improve the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Management System at Product Company Bristol in line with company global standards, international standards, and other relevant requirements.Develop and manage the internal audit plan and process in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, working towards an integrated SHEQ approach.Monitor and report on compliance with SHE Management System procedures, international standards, and relevant legislation.Collaborate with and influence global Sustainability and Quality functions to deliver business improvements aligned with Product Company Bristol requirements.Serve as the subject matter expert on practical SHE process application within the product company.Oversee the project management of SHE business process improvement projects.Experience & SkillsLevel 6 Diploma or degree level in Occupational health and safety or chartered membership of IOSH.
