I am recruiting for Support Practitioners to join a fantastic organisation to support adults with learning difficulties and complex needs in Linlithgow!This fantastic organisation provides 24 hour support to residents in their own homes to live their best lives. We need support workers who have a person centered approach to live their lives to their full potential and feel included in the community.

The role involves:

• Supporting individuals to take part in their chosen activities
• Support may include personal care, promoting independence and active citizenship as well as supporting with household chores
• Supporting individuals out and about supporting each individual to access and engage in the local community and taking part in activities that they enjoy
• Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout the activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement
• Supporting in a one to one setting or in group care
• Supporting individuals with Autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs

To be considered you must have:

• At least 2 years of experience with adults with learning disabilities
• Must be a car driver
• Female only
