NonStop Care are working with a good ofsted Independent Fostering agency who are seeking a full time permanent Supervising Social Worker to join their dedicated team in the Northwest of England.

About the Role:

As a Supervising Social Worker, you'll play a crucial role in recruiting, assessing, and approving foster carers. You will lead supervision, support, and deliver training to ensure the utmost care is provided to children. You'll work closely with carers to help them understand and cater to the developmental needs of children facing challenging behaviours.

Requirements:

• Recognized Social Work qualification and current Social Work England registration
• Experience in children's services or foster care is essential
• Full UK Driving License and vehicle required
• Willingness to undertake DBS and out-of-hours work
