Supervising social worker

NonStop Social Care is currently working with a highly regarded fostering agency in New forest, Hampshire. I am looking for a supervising social worker to join their team in New Forest. The IFA supports a hybrid model of working with lots of flexibility to work from home.

The Fostering agency is a Outstanding Ofsted provider and has a focus to offer therapeutic fostering placements. You will benefit of Robust Induction, Supportive Management Team, Monthly Reflective Supervisions, regular learning and reflective opportunities with the Social Work team.

They are also supporters of work-life balance of employees and they have a whole well-being programme desgined for this.

Responsibilities

The supervising social worker will be working remotely and visit foster carers and families when required. Most of the visits are done in person and the locations of the carers are in West Sussex and mid-Hampshire.

There is no need to take part in annual reviews, form Fs or out of hours duty as part of the role. Great Work/Life balance.
