The Brand:

Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering with a luxury womenswear brand, now seeking a full Style Advisor in the heart of London.

The brand is looking for a mix of PT and FT style advisors.

The Role:

The Style Advisor is a brand ambassador who inspires confidence in customers and their colleagues. They are accountable for delivering the highest level of customer experience, exceeding their commercial objectives, and adhering to all operational policies and procedure.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience - Act as an ambassador for the brand to create and cultivate a culture of trust and community.

Commercial -Drive sales and KPI's, keep up to date with trends and be confident to advise customers

Operational- follow operational and BOH procedures

Key Knowledge and Experience:

• Proven experience at sales level in fashion retail
• A passion for customer service and experience
