Strategic Supply Chain Planning Development Manager

Role: Strategic Supply Chain Planning Development ManagerSalary: £80,000 - £88,000Location: Able to travel to various sites across England, 1-3 times a weekWe are currently supporting a fantastic healthcare provider, who is looking for a supply chain planning expert to join their team and support them during an exciting period of transformation and growth. In this role, you will be taking ownership of designing, developing and implementing improvements across all supply chain planning processes, systems and capabilities within the company.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-pace environments, has a desire and ambition to drive improvements and add value, as well as a passion for working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and building effective and long-lasting relationships.About the role: Support with key change management and transformation projects across end to end supply chain; including demand and supply planning, 3PL operations and inventory management initiatives and optimisations.Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, whilst managing essential relationships with key suppliers.Initiate, design and implement new business practices and drive continuous improvements to existing processes.Lead projects to help drive improvements across systems and supplier capabilities.Design, develop and implement planning connectivity with customers and suppliers, to help improve supply chain resilience.About you: Strong expertise within supply, inventory and demand planning, ideally within FMCG environment.Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, work in fast-paced environments and think on your feet.Experience leading projects and driving change across end to end supply chain operations.Analytical with strong expertise working with supply chain planning systems and tools.Strong communication skills and experience managing and building strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.Proactive with a track record of identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions.
