TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint a Stock Condition Surveyor in Southwest Wales on a 2 MONTH CONTRACT
The surveys will include reporting on both Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and Welsh Housing Quality Standard (WHQS) 2023.
The initial phase is 700 properties. These are in Tenby, Pembroke Dock, Haverfordwest, Milford Haven and surrounding areas.
Role:
Using tablets to record the condition of social housing properties, remaining lifespan of components such as kitchens and bathrooms will be recorded along with the condition of the properties' exterior.
Large Property lists provided, with ID Badges and Letter of Authority - for the odd door knocking properties.
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks and pre booked appointments by the client.
Full Training Provided
Outside IR35 role
Paid Per Survey - very good rates - can discuss these on the phone call we book in
Full Time a minimum of 4 days work required.
Equipment and software proficiency - ability to use specialised tools and software for data collection
