As a Staff Nurse, you will:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital ward and its staff.
  • Provide clinical leadership and ensure efficient management of ward resources.

  • Lead and support the nursing team in meeting clinical governance standards.

To be considered for the Staff Nurse�role, you should have:
  • Relevant professional development in clinical and managerial areas, preferably evidenced by certification.
  • Registered Nurse�with valid NMC Registration.
  • Experience in acute nursing care.
  • Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge in your area of practice.
  • Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
  • Recruitment and selection skills.
