Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are one of the specialist divisions that make up the gap personnel group, providing predominately permanent recruitment support to a wide variety of clients across the country. We have tripled in size over the last 2 years and cover 7 career sectors via a team of specialist recruiters and account managers, based in 3 locations, and plan to open a 4th location by the end of the year.

What will your role involve?
Focused business development across existing, lapsed and new clients
Candidate attraction and management
Vacancy pipeline management
Client relationship management
Recording & reporting of information on in-house systems and as required for clients and the company
What will you receive in return?
A highly competitive basic salary, based upon the skills and experience you bring to the role (c£22k - £30k)

Hours of work:
Standard working hours are 8AM – 5PM, Monday to Friday, however we are an inclusive employer and offer flexibility, including reduced hours and/or the opportunity to work from home for part of the week.
