Position : Specialist Grill Chef De Partie
Employer : Famed International Grill Meat restaurant group
Location: Mayfair,London
Gross salary package : circa £34,000 plus (+ share of serv. chge + targeted bonus)
Weekly working hours / days 48 hours / 5 days
Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) incentives, employers workplace pension, employee care and wellbeing initiatives + more
Your role will involve you in the skilful preparation, carving and serving of the meats in the unique signature style of the brand concept. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role, including training and supervising Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff.
To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -
Eligibility to live and work in UK
Experience in the preparation of high quality Grill meat dishes & Specialties
Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measure & formulation
Industrial training in a world renowned culinary/hospitality institute
Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 3 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
Evidence of sound health and fitness ie. Medical examination report or similar
Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
In addition youshould also be:-
Performance, achievement and results driven
Have an eye for detail
Able to work well with others
Creative energetic and passionate about delivering culinary excellence
A hardworking, fastidious and conscientious individual
FAST PACED AND BE ABLE TO WORK AT SPEED AND UNDER PRESSURE
