Superb opportunity to join a young vibrant and exciting company as a Social Media Manager
Enthusiastic, creative and engaging content creator required for an innovative tech company in its third year of trading.
Based in the Head office at Moreton-In-Marsh this is an office based role that can become hybrid after 6 months.
Monday - Friday 9-5
Salary £24k - £25k
Your Goal:
Core responsibilities include the creation and management of content across all social media platforms (supported by the Marketing Manager), responding to customer comments on social media and via the app, management of the group on Facebook as well as contributions to the company's general content strategy. You will also write a couple of short, engaging and entertaining paragraphs for the weekly email.
Candidates should be capable of communicating the company's irreverent and fun brand voice while maintaining the level of professionalism and service that typifies its offering.
Key responsibilities:
Main Social Media Channels (Twitter, Facebook & Instagram)
Curate and manage presence across social media (including strategy)
Working with design to create posts
Thank people for tagging us in posts
Respond to questions in comments and guide customers to the customer service team
Monitor comments on digital ads
Comment on posts to social pages
Email Updates
Assist the updates manager in copy writing and scheduling weekly update emails
The App
Assist in the delivery of bespoke content
Respond to questions in comments and guide customers to the customer service team
Start conversation in the comments sections of posts
Work with Updates Manager to ensure content schedule is maintained for app
Facebook Group 
Accept or deny applications and posts
Answer questions & requests
Start conversations on posts
Generally help the community
Create engagement posts
Fortnightly reports on issues, post performance and recommendations for new pieces of content.
The Ideal Candidate:
Social media management experience
Experience in longform creative, journalistic or academic writing
Excellent ability with written English
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Capable of embodying the brand's voice and possessing a sense of humour
IT skills
Self-motivated, with excellent organisational skills
Ability to think on feet
Ability to empathise with customers
