Small domestic appliance

We are currently seeking Domestic Appliance Testers for our client based in the Oldham Area, Chadderton (OL9). The role involves testing, cleaning and packing a range of consumer and IT related products.

Responsibilities:

· Test, clean, and pack a variety of consumer and/or IT related products, ensuring they meet customer criteria.

· Perform testing on any product according to local work instructions.

· Clean all items in a timely manner, ensuring all accessories and instructions are present and meet work instruction and grading criteria.

· Conduct a final inspection of each product to ensure it meets customer requirements.

· Attach all relevant labels to each unit, and pack and palletise them correctly and safely.

· Update the repair tracking system with information on work carried out and parts used.

· Adhere to all health and safety procedures and report any issues.

Position Requirements:

· Experience handling and packing consumer/IT products.

· Ability to lift heavy items.

· Responsible attitude towards work.

· Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

· Proficiency with computers.

Working hours:

· Monday to Friday

· 42.5 hours per week £11.59 per hour

· A choice of 6:30am to 3:30pm or 7:30am to 4:30am
