Site Manager

Our client a leading construction company are looking��for a Site Manager�

The project will include the demoliton of an existing building and construction of a large commercial building in its place

Please note this is a prestige project and as such applicants will have worked within a similar environment.

Ideally we are looking for a local candidate�

Applicants must hold the following��

• SMSTS


• First aid


• Temporary works cert preferred


• Good knowledge of major demo/refurbishment of old building an advantage


• Good knowledge of procore preferred


• Good IT skills


• Able to monitor programmes


• Carry out sub-contractor site meeting


• Local to Grimsby area


• Willing to work weekends if required
