Site Based Maintenance Electrician

The Company:

A global FM and property management company who actively encourage internal promotion and progression.�

The Role:

You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical�building services for an industrial/commercial� building�in Chester.

You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPM's and first line maintenance of general plumbing and building fabric.

You will be part of a 2 man team on a 40 hour week�

You will work 08.00 - 17.00 however there is flexibility on the amount of time you have for lunch (30 mins or 1 hr)

This contract has was extended for another 5 years in June 2024.�
The Person:

It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are qualified electrician with 18th edition.

The Salary:

Salary is up to �40,500�+ OT +�25�days holiday + Stats�and 3%/5% pension.
