Premises Assistant Required

Location: Gravesend
Position: Full Time/ Part Time
Start Date: ASAP

Academics are working with excellent Primary and Secondary schools in Gravesend area who are looking for a committed, motivated, and hardworking premises assistant to join their site team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing general maintenance duties.
• Performing minor repairs and refurbishments.
• Handling porterage and basic DIY tasks.
• Ensuring the health and safety of the school premises.

Requirements:

• Previous site/premises experience required.
• School experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Must have a fully Enhanced DBS.
• General maintenance experience.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
