Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Manager on behalf of our prestigious client. As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of on-site servicing in accordance with company's standards. You will oversee a team of service technicians and collaborate closely with other departments to uphold commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule on-site servicing activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Installation and maintenance of company products on customer sites. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that servicing tasks are performed to the highest standards. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the service team. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including documentation of work performed, parts used, and customer communication. Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Planning and booking of servicing work Attend regular service meetings via team and head office
Requirements:
Experience in appliances or white goods Proven experience in a service management role.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
