Role Overview
Cobalt is proud to be partnered with a globally renowned real estate investment and asset management firm that boasts an impressive and diverse portfolio across commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets. As they continue to scale their digital capabilities, they are looking to bring in a Senior Yardi Systems Analyst to support the optimisation, integration, and innovation of their Yardi platform across multiple regions.
Role Responsibilities
Lead the support and configuration of Yardi Voyager modules.
Gather and translate business requirements into effective Yardi workflows and system improvements.
Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, global teams, and external vendors
Manage system upgrades, patch testing, and rollout coordination.
Ensure data integrity and governance across Yardi and integrated platforms.
Provide advanced reporting support, including custom reports and dashboards using Yardi SQL/SSRS.
Develop and document standard operating procedures and user guides.
Deliver training and system support to users across multiple departments and regions.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimisation and automation.
Role Requirements
Deep technical knowledge of Yardi Voyager, including front- and back-end configuration.
Experience supporting global or multi-region implementations is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of real estate business processes (leasing, finance, asset management)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with SQL, Yardi Reporting Tools, and integrated finance systems.
