Regent's is on a journey to transform its business operations and the underlining processes and systems, rethinking the status quo of how technology can support efficiency and effectiveness of an organisation.
We are seeking Senior Business Analyst and Developers to help support the University's data-driven decision-making capability and our management information and business intelligence strategies.
You will work in an agile-orientated manner to optimise existing business processes and information flow, and help design and update the institution's information systems roadmap, encompassing HR, Finance, Work Management, CRM and the Student System (SITS). The ideal person will be someone who can showcase their previous involvement in rethinking the status quo in order to improve business operations, system integrations and the impact thereof on the student experience.
Experience of developing SITS or similar student systems is a requirement. Knowledge or interest in using low-coding and PowerApps to provide solutions to business users or to improve the student experience will be a plus.
You will be able to draw on your university-based experience to progress technical project deliverables, including a programme of continuous improvement encompassing of process diagnostic and design and be able to translate requirements between business and technical colleagues.
